The Iowa Catholic Youth Conference (ICYC) is a collaborative event, co-sponsored by the Archdiocese of Dubuque and the Diocese of Davenport to bring a high-energy event to the young people of eastern Iowa.
ICYC originally targeted only Middle School youth in 2022. In 2025 ICYC expanded to add an event for High School youth as well. The middle school event and the high school event are separate and participants and/or parishes register for them separately.

NEW: March 21, 2026 – Grades 9–12 in an event called EPIC
We are thrilled to announce the 5th Annual Iowa Catholic Youth Conference (ICYC) for grades 6–8 and their parents, happening on March 22, 2026.
And now—something new! We’re launching a high school ICYC experience called EPIC for grades 9–12 on March 21, 2026. Mark your calendars and register today! (or visit www.iowacyc.org)
Co-sponsored by the Archdiocese of Dubuque and the Diocese of Davenport, both events will be hosted at St. Ludmila Parish in Cedar Rapids and will feature the much-loved and highly requested Scally Brothers Band
