Each October, the Catholic Church in the United States celebrates Respect Life Month. We are called to cherish, defend and protect those who are most vulnerable, from the beginning of life to its end, and at every point in between. “Mary, Mother of Life” is this year’s theme this year’s theme reflects Our Lady’s distinguished role as mother of all the living. The life of the Blessed Mother teaches us to respect each human life in every stage and circumstance.
